    Voici un exercice classique conçu pour mettre un sourire à votre visage et améliorer votre humeur.
    Pour améliorer votre moral, fermez vos yeux et souriez légèrement.
    Tout en respirant profondément, placez vos pouces et index sur les coins de la bouche et poussez-les vers le haut. Sentez la tension se relâcher à partir de votre front. Imaginez des vagues d'énergie joyeuse émanant de votre sourire et nettoyant votre corps. Si une partie de votre corps vous semble particulièrement tendue ou stressée, concentrez-vous sur cet endroit. Relâchez et répéter pendant environ dix sourires, jusqu'à ce que vous commenciez à ressentir la sérénité de la dame du grand Léonard.
